Rowe & Co is a creative production studio specialising in high end property CGI and marketing collateral services for residential and commercial clients. Based in Dorset, we work throughout the UK.

In today’s market, buyers and investors won’t commit to what they can’t visualise. That’s where we come in. Our photorealistic CGI, animations and property marketing help developers, architects and designers pre-sell properties, attract investors and market off-plan developments with confidence.
OUR PROCESS
PLANNING
Send your architects drawings and a rough outline of what you need, we work with you to suggest best angles / views that would capture the development features in the most cost effective manner.
PRODUCTION
Once we have agreement we’ll get to work and come back to you with a clay model of the development showing the suggested views to ensure that we have interpreted the drawings correctly.
PRESENTATION
Material textures and landscaping are applied next to add the realism to the property. We allow for two rounds of amendments. Once you are happy with the image we’ll provide a full resolution high quality image.
