How visualisations can help sell your development off plan

Updated: Jan 15

Buying a new home is a complex emotional experience, there can be a long build up to making the decision to move and then comes the worry of finding the right area and right property. The inevitable worries about unearthing hidden problems with an older property can naturally make a new build development more attractive to some buyers but there is one thing that hampers the buying experience - the property isn't built yet!

Visualisations can go a long way in bridging the gap and helping prospective buyers understand the property, how it sits in the local environment, what the interior could look like and even how sunlight will fall on the property at certain times of day. The ability to dress a property and blend it into the environment in using virtual tools gives the developer complete control over the way that the property is perceived and - if done with great care and quality - leaving the customer with a clear impression and lasting memory.

Rowe & Co offer a range of services that have been used by developers ranging from complete marketing collateral packages with visualisations, brochures and websites to a few images for use online. I pride myself on the quality of work and relationship that I build with developers and architects and - importantly - I understand the emotional decision process it takes to buy a new build property and what helps to sway decisions as... I have done it!
