PROJECT SUMMARY
Bucknalls Drive is a one-of-a-kind luxury home set within a private, leafy plot in Bricket Wood, Hertfordshire. Surrounded by mature trees and landscaped gardens, the property blends classic exterior architecture with contemporary, high-spec interiors to create a stylish and sophisticated living environment. Designed with modern family life in mind, the home features expansive living spaces, a bespoke kitchen, generous bedrooms, and a refined interior scheme throughout.
Task
We were appointed to create a full suite of property CGI visuals to help market the home ahead of completion. With such a premium offering, the developer needed buyers to experience the space and detail as clearly as possible before the doors opened.
The brief included 8 interior CGIs:
Entrance Hallway
Two views of the Living Room
Two views of the open-plan Kitchen / Dining / Living Area
Master Bedroom
Two views of the Ensuite
We also produced a full interior walkthrough animation, offering a cinematic journey through the home to showcase layout, finishes and ambience.
The interior designer provided an extensive design package with layout drawings, materials, furniture and lighting selections. These documents formed the foundation for our CGIs, allowing us to bring the vision to life with absolute precision.
Outcome
The resulting imagery captures the calm elegance and modern luxury of this unique home. Soft textures, natural light, and a neutral, tonal palette give the interiors a timeless yet contemporary feel. Every detail from flooring and worktops to artwork and accessories was carefully modelled to reflect the designer’s intent. These CGIs and the animation have been used across sales brochures, digital listings and video campaigns, helping the client promote the home with clarity and emotion long before viewings began.
