Ikonic Homes

Based in Dorset, Ikonic Homes is a property development company that take on a range of sites from small to large developments, including refurbishments and new builds.

Ikonic Homes approached me on Instagram requiring CGI creation and signage for their latest development, Dudsbury Road. After meeting them and discussing their development and future business plans, they spoke about a re-brand. My background is Graphic Design, so I was keen to support them on this project too. I sent them a quotation and I was delighted that they accepted.

I was asked to create the following:

• Business logo design and creation

• Brand board

• Business card design and printing

• Letterheads

• New website design and build

• Email signatures

Outcome

I was delighted to be a part of this new re-brand with the Ikonic team. I started by re-designing their business logo and looking at their branding concepts. I was asked to provide logo designs that are simple, versatile and reflective of the brand's personality. I submitted a few options for the team to choose from before moving forward. I also provided a colour scheme and typography that resonates with the brand's values and evokes the desired emotions – a really important factor when it comes to a brand.

Business Card Design

It was important that I designed these to align with the overall new brand identity. Once approved, I sourced and managed the printing for approximately 250 cards. The cards were printed double sided on 810gsm triplex card.

Interactive Gif Email Signature

The smaller details, like an email signature are incredibly important when it comes to brand consistency and marketing. I created a professional email signature to help reinforce their new brand image, keeping the styling consistent and making it interactive so the recipients can visit their website, socials, and any promotions they want to add to their latest development quickly with just one click!

Website Design & Build

This wasn’t a small task, but an incredibly enjoyable and creative one. I was asked to design and build a new website using Wix making it accessible for users with varying levels of technical expertise. I used all the content and existing elements from their old website. Going forward, Ikonic have asked that the website is managed and hosted by Rowe & Co. The new website can be seen here: https://www.ikonic-homes.co.uk/

Signage Design

I designed the site hoarding ensuring that they align with the overall new brand identity. I included the development details, CGI’s, ‘land wanted’ message and partner logos.

As their partner in this re-brand process, I take pride in the role I played in creating all their marketing collateral and ensuring that their branding remained consistent throughout.
