With a focus on bringing innovative interior design concepts to life, we were thrilled to be part of this exciting project.

Task

Following the interior designer's stunning concepts and chosen furnishings, we were asked to model and create the following interior visualisations.

• Formal living room

• Family living room

• Kitchen area

• Hallway

It was important for us to capture the feel of the home. The 3D visualisations capture the finer details including the natural light which plays a key role in showcasing the overall atmosphere and adding more context to the concepts.

Outcome

A series of beautiful CGI's that not only captured the essence of each space but also serve as powerful marketing tools. These images will be used for social media and web presence to help sell the development off plan.

The Exterior CGI was created in 2022 to be presented for planning permission. We worked closely with the architect to create 3D architectural visualisations of the exterior, showcasing the features of the build, the space and materials.

The development company posted on their social media saying; “Transforming ordinary into extraordinary! This CGI masterpiece showcases a stunning living room with a feature fireplace, limestone surround, and a cosy wood-burning stove as the heart of the space.” and “A timeless classic CGI visualisation”.
