Spofforth Hill

These two large modern properties are being built in one of the most exclusive areas of Wetherby, not far from Harrogate and Leeds.These beautiful family homes will be built to the highest design offering a lifestyle of luxury.

Task

We were appointed by the developers to support them in phase 1 - the planning approval application- by creating 3D images that provide a clearer project vision. We were asked to create site plans, exterior CGI’s, and interior CGIs of the front, rear, and showcase the kitchen of both properties.

Following the success of phase 1, we were then tasked with updating both of the front views for marketing purposes.

Outcome

We were able to provide 3D visuals of both the exterior and the interior of both properties. The details have been captured perfectly showcasing the Heritage brick with stone window mullion, the ample parking, landscaped gardens, and the stone paved perimeter. The kitchen needed to feel modern, bright and clean, showing the countryside views which we were able to deliver.
