Trinity Place

This development of elegant apartments is located just 25 minutes away from London, appealing to young professionals, commuters, and investors. The careful attention to detail in both design and construction gives Trinity Place a distinctive look with the external Georgian style façade, which is in keeping with the historical surrounding area. The apartment's interior differs from the exterior, providing a modern feel and look.

Task

We were asked to create a full suite of marketing collateral to market this development off-plan. They required:

• Exterior photomontage CGI

• Interior CGI

• 3D floor plans of each apartment

• 2D Site plan

• Brochure Design

Outcome

Inspired by the development's audience, we mindfully crafted the visual design of the brochure to reflect the essence of Trinity Place. Our colour theme was Blue throughout the brochure and as a branding colour, this represents business and professional which reflects the prospective purchasers of this development. Encapsulating the vision of modern living amidst the historical surroundings with direct transport services to London Marylebone, we managed to create an on-brand and outstanding brochure design.

The exterior photomontage that we created provided a 3D visual representation of the proposed development in its intended surroundings. It involved combining computer-generated images (CGI) with existing photographs of the site and location. This was used not only for the brochure but online marketing too.

The 3D floor plans of each apartment allowed for complete clarity and visualisation of what is available. All with different layouts, it was important to showcase each one in this way to maximise marketing efforts to potential purchasers.

This was a brilliant client to work with, with a great colour scheme used throughout the brochure. Our team really enjoyed working on the marketing designs for Trinity Place. Happy team, happy client!
